4 Large Fresh Whole Eggs

2 Teaspoon Of Real Unsalted Butter

1/4 Cup Of Fresh Cold Low Fat Milk

1 Dash Of Kosher Salt

1 Dash Of Ground Black Pepper

Preparation Instructions:

This scrambled eggs with milk recipe was submitted by Sarah of New York City New York. To begin the preparation process, first take out a medium size glass mixing bowl. Crack your eggs into the bowl, then forcefully beat them together until a light and fluffy batter forms. For step two, whisk in the fresh cold low fat milk, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Moving right along, next heat up a frying pan over medium high heat, then pour the egg mixture into it. Quickly dot the egg batter with the butter, then scramble the eggs while they fry. Once they reach a desired doneness, dish them out on to a plate to cool for one minute. Serve them with breakfast bacon and sausage links, or some buttered toast.
